How long does installation take?

- Installation times vary depending on the packages and devices you’ve purchased.

Do you need to drill to install my security system?

- No. The system is wireless. Although the touch panel needs to be securely mounted on a wall.


What happens if an alarm is triggered?

- When an alarm is triggered due to an emergency, monitoring center agents will notify you and to emergency responders if needed.

What happens if I can't be reached during an alarm?

- If you can't be reached during an alarm, the monitoring center will alert emergency personnel.


Can I control my security system through my smartphone?

Yes. There is an app for that.

What mobile devices are compatible with my security system?

- The Honeywell Total Connect Remote Services App is available for iPhone®, iPad® or Android™ devices. You can also access the system through these browsers: IE 9+, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.


Can I pay my bill online?

- Yes. Your e-bill comes with a URL to pay for your services.

How much does a service call cost?

- For the first 90 days after install, service visits are 100% free as part of the warranty. After that, there is a fee of $49 for the technician's time and expertise.
